I-20 Eastbound: From I-20, take Line Avenue exit. Merge right onto Line Avenue. Spine Institute of Louisiana is at 1500 Line Avenue (Line Avenue at Jordan) on the 2nd Floor, Suite 200.
I-20 Westbound: Take Common Street exit off I-20. Bear right in circle, turn right onto Louisiana, right on Fairfield, and left onto Line Avenue. Go under I-20 & uphill to 1500 Line Avenue (Line at Jordan), 2nd Floor, Suite 200

I-20 Eastbound: Take exit 19B – traffic street. Left on Traffic street, right on Ogilvie street. Left on Minden street.
I-20 Westbound: Take exit 20A – Hamilton road. Right on Hamilton road. Left on Coleman.
